Dis here is just some more Ollie and Oxenfree love. I'm still not entirely sure what the size difference between the two is, so I've been playing around with the possibilities. I've also been thinking that Ollie probably works at a library; decided partially due to the fact that she looks like a libarian, and also, since I've worked at one myself. . . I figure I can come up with some crazy stories based off experience. I drew her in a pretty dress, just 'cause. :) I love how awkward and cute she looks.
The fly character has been around for quite some time; I figure in between longer stories/episodes, there'll be some shorts about Norman Baits trying to catch a tasty fly for lunch, but he never succeeds, due to various comical . . . stuffs. I also decided at one point or another, the fly's going to recruit his good friend, the wasp, to "take care" of Norman. :3
Raquel Swipes . . . considering she's one of the only characters who's supposed to actively be dealing with issues a tad more serious than this series probably calls for (basically, her husband dies. . . or so she thinks), I figured I'd explore how she'd handle grief and such; though I'll try to steer away from emo-fest, I also want to be sensitive to the emotions she'll go through. I also figure her grieving will be the one thing Ollie the Cat will sympathize with, seeing as any other time, Raquel's a bit hard to keep up with (being psychotic and all). But eventually Ollie and Raquel will be bffs. Not right off the bat though.The top left picture should've featured Raquel with larger ears though. . . she looks like Sandy Cheeks now. >_>
